The Reseller program lets a business sell TrueProxies plans to its own customers at its own prices. Apply from your TrueProxies account; once approved you buy at up to 15% off list prices, fund a prepaid wallet, and run each customer’s services from a managed customer record. The public page is [trueproxies.com/resellers](https://trueproxies.com/resellers/) and the terms are the [Reseller program terms](https://trueproxies.com/reseller-terms/).

## Apply

Open **Reseller program** in your account and fill in the application: your company, website, country, sales channel, who you serve, the products and regions you want to sell, your projected monthly spend and your use case. You accept the current terms version with the form. We usually answer within two business days; the status is always visible on the same page (**Under review**, **More information needed**, **Approved**, **Not approved**).

Applying grants no access. Customers, the wallet and reseller pricing appear only after approval.

## Wallet

The wallet is a prepaid USD balance that pays for your managed customers’ purchases and renewals.

| Limit | Value |
| ------------------------------- | --------------------------------------- |
| Top-up | $50 to $10,000 per top-up invoice |
| Top-ups per rolling 24 hours | $5,000, counting unpaid top-up invoices |
| Payment methods | Card, crypto |
| Refunds of wallet-paid invoices | Return to the wallet |
| Cash-out | None |

Renewals for a managed customer are paid from the wallet automatically when the customer’s renewals are on. If the balance is too low, the renewal invoice stays open and you get a low-balance email; nothing is charged to a card.

## Managed customers

A managed customer is a record for one of your customers. It has a name you choose and an optional contact email for your own records; we never write to that address. Managed customers cannot sign in, hold API keys, claim trials or pay us directly. You can create, edit, suspend, resume and close them, and buy plans for them. Closing is permanent. You can keep up to 1,000 live managed customers.

If TrueProxies suspends a managed customer, you cannot resume it; the response says **Suspended by TrueProxies. Contact support.**

## Reseller pricing

Your discount is one percentage off list prices, agreed at approval. Every invoice for a managed customer records the list price and the discount applied. Each offer has a minimum price; your discount never takes an offer below it. The invoice is issued to you and its PDF names the managed customer it was bought for.

## API

Create an API key in your account with the reseller permissions you need:

| Permission | Allows |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `reseller:read` | List managed customers, read the wallet balance and transactions, and read a managed customer’s services and usage with `customer_id` |
| `reseller:write` | Create, edit, suspend, resume and close managed customers, and change a managed customer’s trusted IPs, projects and proxy password with `customer_id` |
| `reseller:purchase` | Create top-up invoices, create invoices for a managed customer and pay them with the wallet. The only permission that can spend the wallet |

Every invoice, payment and top-up request from an API key must carry an `Idempotency-Key` header. See the [API guide](https://docs.trueproxies.com/proxy-instructions/api/) for authentication, rate limits and retries, and the reference in your dashboard for the managed customer and wallet operations.

## What you must do

- Support your own customers. Our Support helps you, not them.
- Prevent misuse. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything your customers do through the services you buy.
- Complete identity or business verification when we ask.
- Do not sell to other resellers, and do not share credentials outside your own customers.
